Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a nonprofit behavioral health organization serving southeastern and Central Ohio. The IT Help Desk Technician provides first-level support across multiple sites, handling hardware, software, and network issues with a strong focus on customer service and timely problem resolution.

Responsibilities include account management, software installs, documentation, and user training, with travel to ISBH offices throughout the state.

Qualifications

Associate degree or IT certification; A+ certification required.
At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Microsoft Windows environment.
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of networking basics and Windows security.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
Mobile device management experience.
Ability to work across multiple locations; travel required.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level troubleshooting via telephone, chat, remote tools, or in person.
Resolve tickets efficiently, thoroughly, and with good customer satisfaction.
Manage user accounts: reset passwords, unlocks, create/delete accounts.
Document all interactions in the ticketing system.
Install and configure software for end users; test fixes.
Travel to ISBH offices across Ohio as needed.
Provide staff with IT training and new system rollouts.
