Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide first-line technical support across the state of Ohio. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, assist with account management, and document all interactions in our ticketing system.

The role requires 3+ years of Windows-based helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and willingness to travel to ISBH locations.

Qualifications

Associate degree or IT certification required; A+ certification required.
At least 3 years of helpdesk/tech support in a Windows environment.
Healthcare IT experience preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide first-level troubleshooting via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
Resolve tickets efficiently and maintain customer-friendly service.
Manage user accounts: reset passwords, unlock, create, disable.
Document all interactions within the help desk ticketing system.
Install, update, test, and configure software for end users.
Perform ongoing preventative maintenance on endpoint devices.
Travel to offices throughout the service area.
