Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to provide professional technical support across Ohio. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, network and telecom issues, account management, and end-user training.

Travel to multiple offices statewide is required. Minimum qualifications include an A+ cert and 3+ years in a Windows-based helpdesk, with healthcare IT experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or IT certification is required.
• A+ certification required.
• 3+ years of helpdesk or technology experience in a Windows-based environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of desktop support and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Basic networking knowledge including routing and firewall basics.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows, cloud computing, Microsoft 365.
• Experience with mobile device management and end-user support.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting support via phone, chat, and in-person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document all interactions in the ticketing system.
• Manage user accounts: password resets, unlocks, group changes, creation/deactivation.
• Escalate complex issues to tier 2 and follow up until resolution.
• Install, configure, and test software for end users; perform maintenance.
• Support endpoint devices, build and refresh devices as needed.
• Travel to offices throughout the service area for on-site support.
