Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to deliver frontline technical support for staff, providers, interns, and contractors across Ohio. You will handle hardware, software, and network issues, respond to tickets, and perform routine maintenance and user account management.

The role requires 3+ years of Windows-based helpdesk experience, strong customer service skills, and willingness to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of helpdesk or technology experience in a Windows-based environment.
• Healthcare IT experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document all interactions in the help desk system.
• Manage user accounts: password resets, unlocks, provisioning, and troubleshooting access.
• Install, configure, and test software components for end users.
• Travel to ISBH offices across Ohio as needed.
