Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks an IT Help Desk Technician to support staff across Ohio. The role handles hardware, software, system and telecom troubleshooting, problem resolution, and user assistance. Occasional travel to multiple offices is required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in IT; A+ required.
• 3+ years of helpdesk/IT in Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level troubleshooting via phone, chat, remote tools or in person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document interactions in the ticketing system.
• Manage user accounts: reset passwords, unlocks, groups, creation/deactivation.
