Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide professional technical support to staff across Ohio. The role covers hardware, software, system, telecom, and network troubleshooting with ticket-based workflows and onsite visits as needed.

The position offers a competitive hourly range and requires an Associate degree or IT certification along with 3+ years of Windows-based helpdesk experience; healthcare IT exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT education required. A+ certification is required.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk or technology experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of desktop support and basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Networking basics including routing and firewall concepts.
• Experience with mobile device management.
• Ability to diagnose and fix PC, switch, and router issues.
• Strong teamwork and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via telephone, chat, or in person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document interactions in the help desk system.
• Manage user accounts: password resets, unlocks, group changes, and account creation.
• Install, configure, and test software for end users as needed.
• Build and refresh endpoint devices for new hires or device refresh cycles.
• Travel to multiple offices across Ohio as required.
• Provide end-user IT training on ISBH systems and new rollouts.
• Maintain IT inventory records and support device recycling efforts.
