Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide professional level technical support to staff across Ohio locations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, manage user accounts, and document interactions in the ticketing system for timely resolution.

Travel to ISBH offices throughout the service area is required. The role includes training staff on ISBH systems, proactive maintenance of endpoint devices, and contributing to

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or equivalent with A+ certification.
• At least 3 years of helpdesk experience in a Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting for PC hardware and software.
• Networking basics including routing and firewall rules.
• Experience with mobile device management.
• Ability to travel to multiple offices in Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting support via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
• Ensure all tickets are resolved efficiently and customer-friendly.
• Manage user accounts, including password resets and group changes.
• Investigate and resolve issues or escalate to tier 2 when needed.
• Document all interactions in the help desk system.
• Install, update, and test software components for end users.
• Follow published procedures for device builds, wipes, and recycling.
• Participate in IT projects and provide staff training on ISBH systems.
