Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support across Ohio locations. The role covers hardware, software, network, and telecom troubleshooting, with ticketing system documentation and user training duties.

The position requires travel to offices throughout the service area, a focus on customer service, and strong knowledge of Windows-based environments. Competitive hourly pay is offered.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent IT certification required.
• A+ certification required.
• 3+ years of helpdesk or technology experience in Windows environment.
• Healthcare IT experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical troubleshooting via phone, chat, remote tools, and in person.
• Resolve tickets efficiently and document interactions in the ticketing system.
• Manage user accounts: password resets, unlocks, group changes, and provisioning.
• Install, update, test, and configure software for end users.
• Travel to multiple offices within the service area as required.
