Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist IT support with daily help desk operations, respond to tickets and resolve issues.
• Shadow technicians to learn troubleshooting best practices for hardware and software.

• Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future use.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for project management.
• Support special IT projects as assigned to explore different areas.
