NTT DATA is seeking an IT Help Desk Analyst to join the team in Washington, DC. The role supports government IT systems, handles SIPR/NIPR issues, and ensures smooth operation of GFE hardware.

Bachelor's degree, 1 year IT experience including DoD/Navy programs, and Security+ are required. Competitive starting pay with full benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401k with company match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 1 year IT experience including DoD/Navy program management, Government technical management, or Industry business management.
• Security+ certification required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an inventory list of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) including computers, iPhones and iPads.
• Provide direct support for help desk calls, including SIPR/NIPR issues and NMCI-related tasks.
• Escalate issues to NMCI when beyond capability.
