Job summary

QED Systems, LLC is seeking an Information Technology Analyst to join our team at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA, supporting HQDA G-3/5/7 contract. The role includes providing day-to-day IT and knowledge management support, maintaining secure communications, and managing classified network services across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS environments.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent, 4+ years of IT support experience, and DoD/Army IS/IA familiarity.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to data.
• Able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience with DoD/Army IS/IA environments and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT/knowledge management support for HQDA level staff.
• Support network and hardware troubleshooting; maintain secure communications and endpoints.
• Manage user accounts, access controls, and document libraries in shared file systems.
• Support RMF requirements, ATO/ATC processes, and eMASS activities.
• Draft requirements statements, quotes, budgets, and coordinate IT acquisitions.
• Serve as COMSEC Custodian and IAM for planning, installation, and training of IT systems.
