Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical experience in an MSP environment.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Windows 10, Microsoft Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with SQL, Active Directory, and Microsoft System Administration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a higher-level point of contact for clients.
• Perform server virtualization, Cloud deployments, and O365 migrations.
• Manage tickets and conduct root cause analysis for issues.
