Job summary

Right Click is seeking an IT Field Technician with a strong MSP background to support Windows, VoIP, and MS 365 across multiple client environments. You will troubleshoot level 2/3 tickets, manage change processes, and ensure security best practices while maintaining thorough documentation.

The role emphasizes hands-on networking, virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware), and cloud integrations (Azure/AWS) in a fast-paced team. A strong customer-service orientation is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of technical IT experience in MSP environments.
Experience with Windows Server, Windows 10/11, AD, and Group Policy.
Strong understanding of identity, endpoint, email, and network security.

Responsibilities

Provide level 2/3 ticket troubleshooting and ownership of issue resolution.
Manage multi-client MSP environment with change control and documentation.
Support for Windows, VoIP, and Microsoft O365 across multiple tenants.
