Job summary

Right Click in Southern California is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to serve as a key contact for our clients, delivering hands-on support for Windows, virtualization, cloud services, and VoIP. You will troubleshoot level 2-3 tickets, assist with security, network, and identity management, and follow change management in a multi-client MSP setting.

A proactive problem-solver with strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of solid technical experience.
Minimum 2 years in MSP environment.
Microsoft technical certifications or related are strongly preferred.
Experience with Windows Servers, Windows 10/11, Microsoft Azure, AWS, SQL, Active Directory.
VoIP administration/maintenance.
Basic understanding of networking principles.
Superior troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Hands on experience supporting RMM, PSA, documentation, security, backup, password vault, and endpoint protection tools in a multi-client MSP environment.
Strong understanding of identity, endpoint, email, and network security, including phishing response, account compromise investigation, EDR platforms.
Advanced troubleshooting of level 2 and 3 tickets with root cause analysis.
Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, firewalls, VPNs, and monitoring tools.
Hands on experience configuring switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and client VPNs.
Microsoft 365 support in multi-tenant environments including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access.
Change management processes in a multi-client MSP environment.
