Right Click in California is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to be a high-level client contact. You will support Windows endpoints, servers, O365, AWS/Azure, and network security in a multi-client MSP environment.
Responsibilities include troubleshooting Level 2–3 tickets, following change management, and delivering proactive, reliable IT support to clients while maintaining strong customer service and documentation.

- Minimum 3 years of solid technical experience.
