Job summary

Right Click is seeking an experienced IT Field Technician to serve as a high-level contact for our clients. You will perform server virtualization with Hyper-V, cloud deployments with AWS and Azure, O365 migrations, network assessments, and end-user support across Windows, VoIP, and Microsoft 365.

Candidates should have 3+ years in technical roles, MSP experience, and strong problem-solving skills. A valid driving record and background check are required; travel to client sites is frequent.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of solid technical experience.
• Minimum 2 years in MSP environment.
• Microsoft technical certifications or related are strongly preferred.
• Experience with Windows Servers, Windows 10/11, Azure, AWS, SQL, AD, and System Administration.

Responsibilities

• Hands on support for RMM and PSA tools, documentation, security, backup, and endpoint protection in a multi-client MSP.
• Strong identity, endpoint, email, and network security knowledge including phishing response and incident actions.
• Advanced troubleshooting of level 2/3 tickets with root-cause analysis and proactive issue identification.
• Networking experience: TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, VPNs, switches, firewalls, and site-to-site VPNs.
• Microsoft 365 support in multi-tenant environments (Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
