Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team by resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities across a defined geographic area. You will contribute to improving IT infrastructure and participate in career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
