Job summary

OpsTech IT, supporting Amazon Operations, seeks an IT Support Associate II to resolve technical problems across facilities and diverse disciplines. You will help improve processes and advance career development within Amazon.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handling support requests and procedures across the network.
• Working on and completing assigned projects.
• Assisting in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
