• Willingness to work nights and weekends during outages.
• Healthcare experience desirable.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ownership of problem resolution.

Responsibilities

• Supports office technology including software, hardware, and communications systems.
• Conducts trainings on new products and systems.
• Tests programs prior to release to ensure desired results.
• Deploys computers in mass through imaging and automation processes.
• Assists help desk in researching problems.
• Protects and maintains user data at all times.
• Installs, manages and maintains telephony devices.
