Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking an on-site End User Support Technician to ensure timely installation, modification or repair of desktop and mobile IT, and provide first-level support for end users.

The role requires on-site work, travel between sites, and participation in projects. A 2-year technical degree or a related bachelor’s degree in HIT/health IT is expected, along with relevant experience or training in service desk support.

Qualifications

• Primary contact for user questions/problems and investigation of service requests.
• Moving/Installing end user equipment and applications; troubleshooting complex desktop/mobile hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level end-user support across systems, software, hardware, and peripherals.
• Assist in planning moves/new facility installations and manage related admin tasks.
• Route complex issues to higher-level support as per procedures.
