Job summary

Csquare is seeking an IT Field Engineer to provide onboarding and office IT support at our Coppell, TX corporate office. You will prepare new laptops, set up accounts, manage Office 365, and handle device provisioning.

This role requires 5+ years IT experience on Windows and Mac, familiarity with 2FA/MFA, AD administration, Intune, ServiceNow, and strong organizational skills. On-call rotation includes VPN/VOIP support and other duties.

Qualifications

• 5+ years General IT experience on Windows and Mac computers
• Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting
• Experience with 2FA/MFA solutions and security best practices
• Ability to follow detailed procedures per cybersecurity requirements
• Experience with IT ticketing systems
• Basic office networking (switching)
• AD administration experience a plus
• Support across multiple languages/keyboards a plus

Responsibilities

• Procurement of laptops, peripherals and accessories for new hires and staff
• Prepare new laptops, setup accounts, and manage asset inventory
• Provisioning and troubleshooting cloud-based phone system
• On-call support rotations for VIPs and overnight staff
• Support printers, VPN, VOIP control panel, and desktop phones
• Manage Office 365, OneDrive, mapped drives, mobile email
• Maintain ITAM in ServiceNow with 100% asset accuracy
• Other IT duties at office as requested
