Job summary

NetCov is seeking a Field Services Specialist to join our Service Desk team in a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX. You will provide on-site and remote support for client environments, manage incident resolution, and collaborate with engineering to deploy improvements.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years IT experience, strong communication, and familiarity with Windows/Mac, AD, and networking. Travel to client offices is expected as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in IT or related field is desirable.
• 1-3 years of relevant IT experience in Help Desk/Desktop IT roles.
• Industry certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, AWS/Azure, CCNA) desirable.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Willingness to travel to client offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client IT support and incident management.
• Collaborate with NetCov team to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Maintain environment documentation and use PSA tools to document work.
• Track metrics via dashboards and maintain an 85% billable rate.
• Occasional on-site visits to client offices and travel as needed.
