Job summary

Brillio is seeking an IT Support Engineer – Executive & Workplace Technology to deliver hands-on, onsite technology support for the Coppell corporate office and VIP users. The role focuses on executive devices, AV and conferencing, endpoint management, and Microsoft 365, with exposure to Azure cloud services and AI-enabled workplace technologies.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of IT support, workplace technology, or related field.
• Experience supporting executives/senior leadership or VIP users.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and endpoint tech.
• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 suite including Intune and Entra ID.
• Experience with AD, endpoint management, and MDM.
• Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi‑Fi.
• Exposure to Azure services, monitoring, and automation tools.
• Knowledge of Copilot/AI workplace tools is a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s in CS/IT/Engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch onsite IT support for CEO and VIP users.
• Support Coppell office and other US locations as needed.
• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain conference rooms, AV equipment, and meeting spaces.
• Manage device setup, deployment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Support office networking, Wi‑Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP.
• Administer M365 services, Intune, and Entra ID; device compliance.
• Assist Azure cloud infrastructure and monitoring tasks.
• Identify opportunities to automate IT workflows with AI tools.
• Track incidents and SLAs; document knowledge articles.
