Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in computer-related field.
• 3+ years of technical support or systems experience.
• Experience supporting Windows users in an Active Directory environment.
• Experience imaging desktops and laptops.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
• Basic Networking experience with LAN/WAN.
• Ability to work independently with little direction.
• Professional communication with staff, vendors, and management.

Compensation:

$30 - 35 /hour, depending on experience

In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day technical support, work with a variety of systems and hardware, and play a key part in maintaining a reliable IT environment across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide technical support for company-supported applications and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Log, track, and document support requests and resolutions
• Maintain hardware and software inventory for assigned facilities
• Develop training documentation for new users
• Support antivirus and spyware tools and updates

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Exposure to healthcare billing or revenue cycle systems
• Basic LAN and WAN troubleshooting experience
