Inceed is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer in Las Vegas, Texas to support healthcare IT operations across multiple hospital locations. This role includes overseeing daily IT operations, ensuring the availability of network and medical devices, and responding to IT incidents.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of technical support experience, strong networking knowledge, and an Associate’s degree in computer information systems. This position involves travel and offers a chance to impact critical healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee daily IT operations in multiple hospital locations
• Ensure continuous availability of network and medical devices
• Lead rapid response to IT incidents affecting clinical operations
• Log and track calls using an enterprise ticketing system
• Manage onboarding processes for new staff
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to align IT services
• Support a 24/7 operational environment with on‑call participation

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven ability to manage multiple sites in a fast‑paced environment
• Associate’s degree in computer information systems or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in technical support or systems administration
• Strong knowledge of networking and desktop support
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Active Directory Domain environment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT standards
