Job summary

MetroHealth System in Cleveland's Old Brooklyn Campus is seeking an IT Endpoint Support Technician to deliver desktop, laptop, and peripheral support, install equipment, and manage routine maintenance. You will troubleshoot hardware/software issues for users in person, over the phone, or remotely, and help maintain asset inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft networking and Windows OS.
• Strong MS Office skills (O365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, Outlook).
• Knowledge of IT endpoints (hardware/software).
• Familiar with data networks and telecom tech.
• Shows initiative, able to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical/organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT Endpoint support to users in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Deploy and relocate Endpoint equipment, perform preventive maintenance, manage asset inventory.
• Enter and track assignments in IT service management systems.
