Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft networking and Windows Operating Systems.

• Working knowledge of Information Technology Endpoints (Hardware/Software).
• Working knowledge of Data Network and telecom technologies.
• Demonstrates initiative and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical/organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of project management principles.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various MetroHealth sites.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive IT support to Information Services users in person, by phone, or remotely.
• Resolve endpoint problems and manage assignments using IT systems.
• Deliver and relocate IT endpoints and related equipment; perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain asset inventory and update records in systems.
