Provides comprehensive operational and technical Information Technology support to all Information Services users within The MetroHealth System. Answers questions or resolves Information Technology Endpoint problems for customers in person, via telephone, or from remote locations to include use of remote access/assistance applications. Delivers new Information Technology Endpoint equipment and services, relocates equipment, performs preventive maintenance, and maintains asset inventory on a routine basis. Enters, tracks, and updates all assignments using the assigned Information Services project, problem, and asset management reporting systems. Information Technology Endpoint equipment consists of, but is not limited to: desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, scanners, barcode readers, monitors, etc. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Physical Demands: Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds (equipment). May need to move around intermittently during the day, including sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and ambulating. May need to remain still for extended periods, including sitting and standing. Ability to communicate in face-to-face, phone, email, and other communications. Ability to read job related documents.
