Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level support for hardware, software, and applications.
• Document incidents and service requests in the IT ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365.
• Support macOS basics and peripheral devices as needed.
• Escalate issues to maintain SLAs and coordinate with vendors.
