Hard Rock Casino Tejon is seeking an IT Service Technician to diagnose, install, repair, and maintain PCs and related software. Responsibilities include desktop support, network connectivity, account management, and assisting with system upgrades.

Qualifications require a high school diploma, 3 years hardware support experience, and A+ certification within 12 months. Familiarity with Ghost Imaging, Iseries, Blackberry devices, and AD/DNS/DHCP is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; an Associate’s Degree in a computer-related discipline preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience in computer hardware support and maintenance.
• Must possess or acquire A+ certification within 12 months of employment.
• Experience with Ghost Imaging, Iseries, and Blackberry devices is a plus.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP and DNS required.

Responsabilités

• Install, troubleshoot and optimize desktops and laptops, including hardware and software issues.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and manage cable installations.
• Provide basic network administration support including user accounts and password management.
• Assist with rollout of hardware and software upgrades and patches.
• Liaise with end users and staff on computer operation and other issues.
