Job summary

Visit Hot Springs is seeking an Information Technology Technician to monitor and troubleshoot network and server infrastructure across multiple properties. You will install, test, and document network cabling, hardware, and software, and communicate status to related teams while escalating issues when needed.

The role requires teamwork, strong communication, and hands-on IT support for Windows, Mac, and VoIP systems, with familiarity in virtualization and remote desktop tools.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides IT support related to core business applications and OS.
• Troubleshoots Windows, Mac, and laptop hardware/software issues.
• Installs and configures new PC hardware/software.
• Performs computer troubleshooting on multiple levels.
• Interacts professionally with departments with strong customer service.
• Maintains proficiency in Windows/Mac tech fields and helpdesk workflows.
• Tracks and maintains computer equipment inventories.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
