Qualifications

• 3 years in help desk or desktop support.
• Comfortable supporting executives professionally and confidentially.
• Strong people skills and problem-solving ability.
• Able to juggle multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and apps.
• Assist executives and staff with computers, phones, and accounts.
• Troubleshoot login, MFA issues, email and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Troubleshoot network, VPN, and printer issues.
• Document tickets and solutions in the IT system.
• Set up Windows and Mac computers, upgrades, replacements and re-imaging.
• Support iPhones and device management with Intune.
• Help with Microsoft 365, Entra ID and MFA management.
• Troubleshoot hotel management systems (Maestro PMS, Daylight, Scala).
• Remote support using ScreenConnect and maintain clear notes.
