Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level desktop support for hardware, software, and apps.
• Log and track incidents in the IT ticketing system.
• Install/upgrade Windows OS and Office 365, troubleshoot printers and peripherals.
• Support macOS basics and AV-related issues as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors for AV issues and ensure SLAs are met.
