Job summary

The Planet Group in the United States is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and place top IT talent with end-client organizations on a national scale.

You will partner with Business Development to translate client requirements into fillable job orders, manage the full-cycle process, and stay ahead of IT hiring trends in AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity.

This fast-paced role offers a competitive commission structure and clear opportunities for growth within a growing national firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within technology staffing.
• Ability to monitor weekly activity and incentivize production.
• Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with ATS systems, ideally Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruiting — source, screen, and engage qualified IT talent; manage end-to-end process from outreach to onboarding.
• Delivery partnership — translate client requirements into fillable orders with a fast time-to-submit.
• CRM/ATS discipline — use systems to track interactions and maintain candidate records.
• Market intelligence — stay current on IT hiring trends including AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity.
