Job summary

The Planet Group in the United States is seeking a Technical Recruiter to source and place top IT talent with end-client organizations on a national scale.

You will partner with Business Development to translate client requirements into fillable job orders, manage the full-cycle process, and stay ahead of IT hiring trends in AI/ML, cloud, and cybersecurity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within technology staffing.
• Ability to monitor weekly activity and incentivize production.
• Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability in a high-growth environment.
• Experience with ATS systems, ideally Bullhorn.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As a Technical Recruiter, you'll be at the forefront of sourcing and connecting top-tier IT and software talent with industry-leading end-client organizations on a national scale. Partnering closely with our Business Development team, you'll play a key role in understanding client needs and delivering exceptional talent solutions across general IT and core technology; software engineering, full-stack development, data, cloud, and cybersecurity. We're looking for a driven and experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of placing high-quality technology candidates directly with end-client organizations, including retail.

What You'll Own

• Full-cycle recruiting — proactively source, screen, and engage highly qualified talent through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct outreach; manage the end-to-end process from initial outreach and screening through interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Delivery partnership — work hand-in-glove with Business Development to understand client requirements and translate them into submittable, fillable job orders, keeping fill ratios and time-to-submit tight
• CRM/ATS discipline — utilize applicant tracking systems and CRM tools to track candidate interactions, manage talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records
• Market intelligence — stay current on IT hiring trends and emerging demand around AI/ML adoption, cloud migration, and cybersecurity hiring to keep pipelines ahead of client need

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 3 years of Full-cycle recruitment experience within Technology staffing
• Organizational & communication skills for monitoring weekly activity and incentivizing production
• Experience cultivating candidate pipelines and driving candidate management techniques
• A problem solver: analyzing and resolving issues at both a strategic and functional level
• High level of ambition, resilient and flexible: able to deal with ambiguity and change within a midsize but high-growth business
• ATS experience, ideally with Bullhorn
