Job summary

McKinsey & Company is seeking an experienced IT support specialist for the Tampa office with travel to Florida sites as needed. You will deliver end-to-end support, provisioning, and on-site resolutions, ensuring quick, concierge-style service for colleagues across Windows, macOS, video, and collaboration tools.

You will triage incidents, document outcomes, and collaborate with Global Help Desk and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate IT support or similar.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Windows/macOS, Zoom/Teams, and device provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT Bar support and face-to-face resolutions in Tampa.
• Perform real-time incident triage and escalate when needed.
• Assist with account provisioning, access management, and new-hire onboarding.
• Manage conference room tech, AV, Zoom/Teams room readiness, and event support.
• Document resolution paths and own end-to-end issue outcomes.
• Maintain asset inventory and support Tampa and other Florida offices as required.
