Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking an Executive IT Support Specialist to serve as the primary on-site IT presence for the Tampa office. This 100% in-office role provides executive-level support, conference room technology support, and day-to-day end-user IT services.

You will manage ServiceNow tickets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure high-touch IT for senior leaders. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in IT support, strong Windows/Microsoft 365 experience, and a client-focused

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT support or related role (desktop/executive).
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365, Teams.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, networking, and conference-room tech.
• Experience with video conferencing and AV equipment.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management.
• Ability to work independently with a remote manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support for executives and high-priority users.
• Support laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and conferencing tech.
• Assist with conference room setup and meeting technology checks.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and asset deployments.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams on installs and maintenance.
• Communicate with a remote manager and manage workload independently.
• Provide after-hours support for executive and business-critical tech needs.
