Job summary

You will support Windows, macOS, M365, Zoom and AV systems, manage onboarding, and keep asset and access management current.

You will provide face-to-face resolution for urgent issues, document steps taken, and escalate when needed while maintaining a client-focused mindset and strong collaboration with Global Help

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; practical IT support experience preferred.
• 3+ years in corporate IT support or service desk environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide walk-in IT support with concierge-level service in-office.
• Triage incidents, resolve locally or escalate to Global Help Desk.
• Document resolutions and own issue end-to-end.
• Monitor health of office tech and onboarding activities.
• Manage conference rooms and AV / Zoom / Teams readiness.
