Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks an Executive IT Support Specialist in Tampa, FL, to be the primary on-site IT presence for the office. This 100% in-office role provides executive-level support, conference room tech, and day-to-day end-user IT services, with after-hours coverage as needed.

The ideal candidate will manage Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, AV equipment, and ServiceNow tickets, while coordinating with vendors and IT teams.

Competenze

• 3+ years of IT Support, Desktop/Executive Support or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Windows, Microsoft 365 and Teams for end-user tech.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, network and AV tech.
• Experience with video conferencing platforms and audio/video equipment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; independent with remote manager.
• Willingness for after-hours support as needed.

Mansioni

• Provide white-glove IT support for executives and high-priority users.
• Manage laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, docking stations, MS 365 and Teams.
• Support conference room technology including Teams Rooms and AV gear.
• Perform pre-meeting tech checks and real-time meeting support.
• Troubleshoot Windows/macOS, hardware, software, network, and end-user issues.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets, asset management, deployments, and projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for installs and maintenance.
• Communicate with a remote manager while prioritizing workload.
• Provide after-hours support for critical technology needs.
