Job summary

Meridian Technology Group seeks an Organizational Change Manager to lead OCM activities for IT initiatives in Tallahassee, FL. The role focuses on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, and training across enterprise systems, cloud migrations, and cybersecurity projects.

As OCM Administrator, you will coordinate with IT leadership, manage deliverables, and ensure adoption of new technologies while staying on budget and on schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the principles, methods, and practices of project management (PMBOK).
• Knowledge of assessment and analytical processes and practices.
• Knowledge of industry concepts, adult learning and instructional theories.
• Knowledge of Change Management practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the OCM Administrator for IT projects and coordinate change efforts.
• Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans aligned to project milestones.
• Monitor progress, provide status reports, and ensure deliverables meet quality and budget criteria.
• Facilitate OCM workstreams, workshops, and integration with other IT workstreams.
