Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager – Organizational Change Management (OCM) to lead change workstreams across enterprise transformation programs and drive adoption of new operating models, processes and technologies.

You will partner with program leaders and stakeholders to deliver measurable business outcomes, manage communications, training, and readiness assessments, and navigate risks to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience supporting Organizational Change Management initiatives within large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience working within program or project management environments and leading workstreams.
• Strong experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, and training strategy execution.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and readiness evaluations.
• Proven client-facing consulting experience with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end‑to‑end change management activities across large‑scale transformation programs.
• Partner with program management teams to align change strategies with overall project goals and timelines.
• Develop and execute stakeholder engagement, communication, and training strategies.
• Conduct change impact and organizational readiness assessments to enable effective adoption.
• Identify risks and support mitigation strategies while driving client alignment and program success.
• Lead project workstreams and contribute to overall program delivery and execution.
