Everforth Apex in Houston is seeking an experienced IT OCM/Change Analyst to support technology-driven change initiatives across IT projects and operations. You will partner with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders to assess impacts and drive adoption within our enterprise.

The role requires collaboration, hands-on change management, and the ability to create compelling communications, training plans, and progress materials.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of dedicated OCM experience, with IT initiatives experience.
• Two true OCM-focused roles with hands-on ownership of deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct stakeholder analyses to identify groups and engagement needs.
• Perform change impact analyses on processes, roles, and technology.
• Support leadership alignment with materials for leaders.
• Develop and execute targeted communications and engagement plans.
• Create professional change management decks and written materials.
• Assess training needs and support learning content development.
• Monitor adoption and readiness activities through the project lifecycle.
• Identify adoption risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with project teams and OCM leadership to apply methodologies.
