The Florida Department of Health is seeking a Program Management Specialist based in Tallahassee. The role reviews programs, services, and systems to identify improvements and manages change control processes to minimize disruptions.

The position oversees IT change requests, administers enterprise-wide licensing, maintains continuity of operations planning, and communicates with agency IT resources to support Office of Information Technology Operations.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years professional experience in data entry, business document preparation, and telephone/email communication.
• Two years professional experience reviewing, auditing, and analyzing documents; applying laws and regulations; researching and preparing reports.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and ticketing software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
