Precision Task Group is seeking an OCM Analyst to support change management activities for enterprise initiatives, including system implementations and organizational changes. You will assist with stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training enablement, under guidance from senior change practitioners and project managers.

• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, psychology, human resources, organizational development, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Provide Change Management Support across enterprise initiatives.
• Assist with development of deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, change impact assessments, communication plans, training and enablement plans.
• Support execution of change activities across one or more projects.
• Track change actions, risks, and issues and elevate as needed.
• Draft internal communications including emails, FAQs, newsletters, and intranet content.
