Responsibilities

• Maintain/update the OCM Methodology and support training needs.
• Manage OCM for multiple IT projects across GIS PMO and IT teams.
• Coordinate stakeholder identification, impact analysis, and communications.
• Deliver OCM deliverables on schedule and supervise track leads.
• Develop metrics and status reports for executives and teams.
• SharePoint site creation, maintenance, and development.
• Support PMO process improvement initiatives.
