Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, PM, or IS.
• Experience managing projects, process improvement, or organizational change initiatives.
• Strong change management principles and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to develop governance models that drive adoption and sustainable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement methodologies to intake, evaluate, prioritize, track, and execute changes.
• Establish change management frameworks, tools, and governance practices.
• Lead and oversee change initiatives from planning through adoption and sustainability.
• Monitor readiness, adoption, and effectiveness of changes.
• Manage small to medium cross-functional projects with integrated plans.
