You will assess risk, obtain approvals, coordinate CAB meetings, and ensure audit-ready change records while collaborating with operations, cybersecurity, development, and leadership teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT-related field.
• 4–7 years ITIL-based ITSM experience, with focus on change management.
• Comprehensive ITIL change management knowledge and practice.
• Experience evaluating change requests with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ITIL-based change management workflows across enterprise IT services.
• Evaluate change requests for risk, priority, regulatory impact, and conflict with other activities.
• Chair or support CAB meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and track actions.
• Use ITSM tools to log, track, and report changes with audit trails.
• Develop and maintain change management policies, templates, and communications.
• Monitor KPIs and recommend improvements to tools and processes.
• Collaborate to integrate change controls into release management and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide training on ITIL change practices and ITSM tooling.
