Job summary

Unisys Corporation is seeking an experienced Change Manager to coordinate IT changes across the enterprise. You will oversee Standard, Normal, and Emergency changes, review CRs for risk and rollback plans, and drive CAB approvals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM frameworks and Change Management best practices.
• Experience coordinating change processes across multiple teams and ensuring minimal business impact.
• Ability to assess risks and impacts and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage Standard, Normal, and Emergency Changes within the IT environment.
• Review Change Requests for completeness, risk, impact, and rollback plans.
• Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and obtain required approvals.
• Ensure changes are scheduled to avoid business disruption and conflicts.
• Monitor change implementation and adherence to approved plans.
• Coordinate with IT teams across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications, Network and Security.
• Track failed, rejected, unauthorized, and emergency changes and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate change records and documentation in ITSM system.
• Perform Post Implementation Reviews for failed or high-risk changes.
• Monitor Change Management KPIs like change success rate and emergency changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve Change Management and increase automation.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and internal policies.
• Support major incidents requiring emergency changes to restore services quickly.
