Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a Change Management Engineer to design, implement, and govern ITIL-aligned change processes for mission-critical systems in a highly regulated federal IT environment.

You will evaluate requests, facilitate change advisory board activities, coordinate with operations, cybersecurity, development, and leadership, and drive continuous improvement of change workflows and ITSM tooling to minimize disruption while maintaining auditability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years in ITIL-based IT service management with focus on change management.
• Experience evaluating change requests and coordinating with stakeholders to minimize disruption.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain ITIL-based change management workflows from intake to post-implementation review.
• Evaluate change requests for risk, priority, regulatory impact, and scheduling.
• Chair or support change advisory board meetings and track actions.
• Log, track, and report changes using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
• Develop and maintain change policies, procedures, and communications.
