You will use ITIL-based practices, manage records, and document changes with precision to support reliable IT services.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, process improvement mindset, and ability to collaborate across teams. FAA program experience is a plus; remote/on-site flexibility may apply.

Qualifications

• IT Change and Configuration Management experience in ITIL-based environments.
• Experience documenting and maintaining IT processes and procedures.
• Hands-on ServiceNow ITSM activities and incident tracking.

Responsabilités

• Support daily IT Change Management activities using ServiceNow and SharePoint forms.
• Develop ITIL-aligned Configuration Management processes and procedures.
• Integrate Change Control with Configuration Management for better coordination.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of Change Requests for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain configuration records and related CM data.
• Document meeting minutes and support official agendas/records.
• Collaborate with teams to drive process improvements and consistent CM practices.
